I am a very hard working and I value a people first approach

Being a football coach, I’ve learnt the importance of achieving the right mental state in order to maximise progress. A lot of my methods involve guided discovery and perseverance. In my experience as a coach, I’ve allowed the players to set their own standards and it is part of my job to not let them slip anywhere lower than their best. I am very patient and like to analyse people to understand the way to get the best out of them.
