Tutoring in English Language online using the zoom app

I am currently rounding off my Masters degree in Education at the University of Lincoln, UK, having had a first degree in Geography. I worked as a classroom teacher for ten years and also worked in the position of a Head teacher. I have good comunication skills and employ good teaching methodologies to help students achieve their goals academically. In addition, I have a TEFL online certification. I use a range of methods proven to be best pedagogies in language to help my students excel in whichever level of English language they require help and intervention with by using active learning whereby students participate in the their learning by way of discussion, inquiry, debating, brainstorming and answering questions. I make class sessions interactive, personalise instructions and make assessments clear. I also ensure students develop confidence in speaking by engaging them in conversational role plays, and project based inquiry. This methods are most effective in developing good English speaking skill while I use analytical and synthetic methods of teaching reading skills. I teach all the components of English Language such as- Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing effectively. Functional, structural and interactive methods in language pedagogy are all employed in my lessons.
Furthermore, I am friendly and have good interpersonal skill. All concepts are detailed and explained in a repetitive form to ensure my student has gained mastery of the concept. I ensure my students enjoy the lesson by teaching in a fun memorable way they can easily remember. The four main domains of English language are fun to learn with the right teaching methods which I use in my lessons effectively.
