My student is first year international students in the university of Leicester, but their English skill are not perfect enough.

I am a final-year Ph.D. student at the University of Essex. Because of my previous teaching experience in Leicester, I find I love to teach very much! I used to teach the lesson of HRM, Introduction of management, and the future of work. I prefer to use Socratic approach by employing strategic questioning to promote critical thinking and in-depth discussion. This method has been effective in enhancing students’ analytical skills and their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
