STEM tutor from junior to university entry level

I have a PhD in Engineering sciences and I have work at the university in research for 6 years after that. I am now in the process of reconversion to the private sector.
I have helped tutored secondary and high school students in private cessions; I have given lessons to group of students at the university level as well as mentor master and PhD students, I have participated in science vulgarisation and public science workshops. I know how to adapt my explanations to the level of the student, I am patient and do not mind repeating myself. I am interested in pedagogy and the study of learning, so I like to make my lessons half theory/half exercises, with an emphasis on autonomy.
