My significant and varied life experiences provide me with a measure of confidence with decision making, furthermore, have contributed towards my excellent leadership and communication skills. Despite leaving school with little or no qualifications to speak of, I have excelled within the work environment, this, demonstrating that socioeconomics and social capital, in my case, proved to be detrimental factors for me in my formative years, but highlights the benefits of vocational learning, and in this respect, shows that I have a grasp of how different approaches can be employed to with a growing feeling that I have a great deal to offer, in terms of technical knowledge, practical skills and wisdom and that I would like to further use these and pass this on, I embarked on my university degree and after four enjoyable, stressful, intellectually stimulating years, I now have a BA Honours in Education, Culture and Childhood. I possess Insight into people management, strength-based techniques and a co-production approach, along with excellent technical knowledge and practical skills. I have extensive knowledge of autism from my experience at university and employment, also, as a parent of an autistic child, who is now twenty years old. You can be confident that I have the skills, knowledge and intellectual capacity to maintain and progress the capabilities of your organisation.
