Reflecting over my education I have come to realise the incredible influence that one teacher can make on anyone

Therefore, as a teacher I aspire to be a role model who develops young people, open minds, the knowledge and ability to look at the world critically and the belief in their own abilities to achieve their ambitions. Science in particular is a subject that I personally find interesting and the different areas in which it can contribute to society in a positive manner.
