I have a PGCE in secondary RE. I no longer teach in a school but I like to structure my lessons in a sort of 3 act structure. I would start with a starter task to hook my students in to the topic of the lesson, such as a picture or video prompt or task based around a series of images. I then have 2 main tasks for students to complete in order to make learning more interactive, and finally plenary to sum up learning. I have never tutored before but I bring with me my passion and enthusiasm for the subject as well as extensive experience working in the field of education.
