I have a strong background in Early Childhood Education, having worked as a preschool teacher for several years. During this time, I gained experience in creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a positive learning environment for young children.

In addition to my experience in early childhood education, I have also worked as a youth worker in various settings. This includes working with at-risk youth in Ofsted Excellent provision. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse populations.

I also have experience as a high needs tutor, working with students who have learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and other special needs. In this role, I have utilized a variety of strategies and techniques to help students overcome their challenges and achieve academic success. I am patient, empathetic, and able to adapt my teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student.

In addition, I have experience teaching Functional Skills to students with learning disabilities. This involves helping individuals develop practical skills in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and independent living. I have a strong understanding of different learning styles and am able to create personalized lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student.
