i love to deliver good high standard of good customer service. i love keep busy and I’m able to work under pressure. i am a team player and hard working and i love working as part of the team. I used to work as a customer service advisor work from home and I would Take inbound and outbound calls and I was booking covid 19 appointments for people and managing their personal information accurately and writing their personal information accurately and cancelling and viewing their appointments also I was working on the nhs test and trace campaign and I was making outbound calls and telling and advising people to self isolate and managing their perosonal information and writing their information accurately. And going through questions with them that was on the system. I used to work as a volunteer aswell in north Middlesex hospital I would do bed making and admin tasks, I would assist patients and help the nursing staff and I would collect medication from the pharmacy and I would be at the reception and directing people where to go when they didn’t know where they needed to be or which ward, I would ensure the patients have a drink and I would help request meals using the menu.
