I coach aspiring athletes in football and fitness, building performance, resilience, and a winning mindset.

With years of experience as a football coach at Sheffield United Community Foundation, I have developed strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, working with individuals of all ages and abilities. My role as an NCS Team Leader enhanced my ability to motivate and support young people, while my background in customer service and teamwork has strengthened my ability to engage and inspire others. I will teach through structured online sessions that combine practical fitness drills, football techniques, and mindset coaching. Using interactive videos, personalised training plans, and motivational guidance, I will help individuals improve their performance, set achievable goals, and develop the discipline and confidence needed to excel in sport and life.
