A* Maths and Computer Science Tutor for A-Levels and GCSE

I'm a Computer Science student at the University of Sheffield, and from my experience, maths is used in much more than just exams.

My lessons are far more than helping you memorise information, but instead will help you develop an understanding so that you can apply your knowledge to any questions or real world scenarios. This method of learning is what allowed me to achieve 3A*s and an A at A-Level, and the knowledge I now have helps me tremendously in my hobby of video game development.

In my second year of A-Levels, I mentored two Year 1 Maths students, from who I recieved great feedback. They said I'm able to break down and explain complex problems very simply and conscisely, and that my use of visualising the problem makes it easier to understand where the numbers come from. I was also able to pinpoint reasons as to why they were struggling in certain topics, and I would focus on those areas so that strong foundations could be set.

I believe that learning can be made fun, and when you enjoy what you are doing it is proven that you will learn much more efficiently. To me, I always viewed questions as a puzzle to solve rather than a chore, which is one method that helped me enjoy studying and revising for my exams.

Asides from academics, I am a very friendly, patient, and talkative person, and I will make it my personal goal to make sure you improve.
