I am a high attaining Classics Student, halfway through my MA degree.

I got Level 9’s (A**) in GCSE Latin and Classical Greek in 2019 and 2020, then Grade 7s (A*s) in both in the IB in 2022, and so far in my degree, I’ve been placed on the Deans List for two years in a row. I like to think of Latin and Greek as logic based languages - once you understand the logic of the language, everything else follows. I prefer to teach quite informally, with you bringing the things you struggle with and me helping you work through it, but I’m also happy to work through some texts with you if that’s what you’d prefer - I’m a big fan of Vergil and Catullus, but if you give me a bit of warning and provide the text, I can help you with anything you want.
