I am hard working, concientious and explorer -creative in my approach with teaching and adapting to suit each individual in their piano or keyboard lessons.
I enjoy teaching all age groups from school children to adults.

Advert description
Over sone years now I have been teaching both piano and keyboard and not least music theory- a vital link to a beginner and their journey as they explore and grow in their understanding of the music on "the page".
Some of my pupils have started leesmssobs with me from leaving lessons at school as they and parents are frustrated at the lack of individual teaching - rather limited in time and often in a group not least leaving other school lessons to accommodate the piano lesson!
This method does not really inspire a young child to want to learn a musical instrument, sadly.
It is clear often clear to see a lack of basic theory knowledge and so important alongside any music lessons.
On first meeting the child/adult it is important to gain an understanding of where the child or adult is at....and early lessons to build on that and them as a person -what they enjoy about music making...and over time building up a connection where they are comfortable to express their expression of the music through the instrument.
I have worked abroad with school children through s music school I'm s different language and culture where even more adapting is needed.
Through a pandemic technology cane to the fore front even more but allowed a continuation rather than stop to teaching and mentally boosted their moral through difficult times.
Music is fun, creative whilst building on and introducing new skills to develop whilst exploring the different scenes of music.
