I help people get on in life by coaching them to overcome barriers and find the solutions and strategies to succeed

I have lots of professional experience and coaching and guiding people in different contexts including study and exam strategies, career choices and many other things. I help people from all backgrounds and have supported many who are neurodivergent and plenty that aren't. I am always person-centred and will ask questions and use reflection to help people discover the solutions that are best for them.
