I have changed my life around through finding health and fitness and would love to help others do the same

I was once over 300lbs , sad , angry and scared that my life would end so early through the poor choices I made but one New Year’s Eve I chose to give myself and ultimatum , I either try to turn my life around naturally or seek medical help.
