I’m an English tutor with a genuine passion for the subject, and I’m here to help you not just improve your grades but build your confidence too. I’m starting my English Literature degree at Durham University in 2025, and I can’t wait to share my love for English with you.

A little about me: I had an English teacher who completely changed my outlook on the subject and gave me the confidence to push myself. That’s why I want to do the same for you. I believe everyone can succeed with the right support and mindset, and I’m here to guide you through the challenges of English, whether it’s essay writing, exam prep, or understanding tricky texts.

Having experienced and completed my A levels only last year, the course material is still fresh in my mind and I know exactly what you're going through. I offer friendly, tailored lessons that focus on making you feel capable in every session.

I have background working with children from all ages in babysitting and am looking to expand this experience to tutoring given my recent A level results.

I specialise in English teaching on the Edexel board. My feedback will range from structuring essays to refining communication and articulation of ideas. I building strong essay writing skills, improving exam techniques, and developing a deep understanding of key texts.

Lessons are typically 1 hour long but are adjustable depending on your child's needs, especially when approaching exam time.

I adapt my approach to suit each student’s learning style, using a mix of structured lessons, guided practice, and constructive feedback.
