Advert description
Initially, I was employed until the summer of 2023 for my last teaching position, however my contract was renewed for another year due to the successful feedback received and the results achieved by the pupils.

My creative side allowed me to interact with pupils at an engaging level, making learning more fun, establishing social skills, making children more confidence and building on their self-esteem skills . I strongly believe every child has the right to an Education regardless of their needs. I was able to put the correct tools in place as a mentor to aid the pupils to achieve their potential, providing the pastoral care needed and to safeguard them.
Alongside this I was often liaising with the class teachers to ensure that each child’s targets were met and planning was in line with any identified learning gaps to ensure continuity in their learning. In addition, as a number of children had many additional needs at this school from Autism, Dyslexia, Speech Delay to Global Delay, I successfully built positive relationships with the pupils and I was able to p
