I am a bubbly, creative and passionate person who enjoys aiding the learning and development of children and young people. I am currently studying part-time with The Open University towards a Higher Education Diploma in Primary Education. I am a wife and mother of three young children, and I take an active role in their education. Due to childcare restraints, I am looking to engage in tutoring from home if possible. I enjoy helping children learn, develop and get the most out of their learning. Once my youngest child starts full-time education, I aim to find a part-time teaching assistant position, either at level two or three. Working from home is more convenient at this moment in time and I feel it is a progressive career choice to fit around my children and my studies. I have helped children aged 8-9 with reading and comprehension on a 1:1 basis. I helped my own two older children with home learning through lockdown and continue to do so. I am quite adaptable to different ages.
