Native English speaker with experience in teaching ESL and Special Needs

I am a caring and dedicated teacher with 16 years experience and love to see my students succeed in and out of the classroom. I like to make learning fun. I see what the need is and address it in as many ways as I can so the student understands it. I love teaching students English as a second or more language and like to make it practical and relevant for them. I have spent time in different cultures and appreciate their differences from my own.
