I love helping others reach their goals and potential when it comes to health and fitness and work with a range of individuals.

I have experience with a wide-range clients who have different fitness experience and abilities, as well as a wide age range. I have worked with clients online as well as face to face, on a 1:1 basis and in a group. I have an assortment of my own gym equipment including kettlebells, resistance bands and dumbbells.
