In addition to my academic role, I have hands-on industry experience as a Business Development Consultant at Cinco Sri Lanka, where I contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Furthermore, I am an entrepreneur, having founded Meraki by Laya, a thriving cake business that integrates social media marketing strategies to enhance consumer engagement.
