I have experience in the teaching sector as well as volunteering experience to teaching staff as part of overcoming problems related to operation and teaching. With innovative ideas and presentation skills resolve difficulties and expand student knowledge as per curriculum structure. Also, giving personal attention to students by communicating while reducing the age gap factor which helps students feel free environment and not hesitate to communicate. For example (Innovative), Instructing students to speak on the topic in front of the class (Stage Daring), in that situation students prepare for their self but some students will not speak up with confidence. To overcome this problem divide students into small groups and instruct them to speak in their group on a topic, where the student will build their confidence and then make 2 groups then speak in the last on a stage. It improves student confidence, leadership, and stage daring.
