Inquisitive; outgoing & sincere - like every promising child.

Although remote tutoring suits my schedule, I still believe that real world connection is indispensable for learning. So for me it would be important to talk face to face with students even when supporting their development virtually, and provide them learning strategies they can adopt both on and offline. First and foremost, I would want to get to know the student, how they think and operate; in what areas they struggle, and what they're passionate about! So that I can work out the most engaging learning strategies and materials that would maximise their concentration and enjoyment. Education should be rewarding not a chore, and I believe it is possible to instil this in any young person, or unlock the curious inner child and regenerate the thirst for knowledge in adults of any age!
