Dynamic and results-driven English and Business Studies tutor

Qualified to degree level with a Bachelors in Business Administration. I also have TEFL and an NVQ level 3 in customer service. I speak 2 languages: English, Spanish. I am a great believer in always learning and growing and have recently completed online courses in social media marketing. I keep up to date with CPD and I am a qualified invigilator for Cambridge English and an Exams Officer for Pearson and AQA.

I believe that teaching is an honour and a privilege and I am passionate about helping students to achieve their learning goals in a fun and positive way. The key is instilling self-believe through thoughtful and engaging lessons, insisting upon hard work and commitment so that students are always the best that they can be. When I first meet a student, I like to learn all about them: their objectives and aspirations for the future and how I can help them reach them, also their learning style and some of their interests and pastimes so that we can build up a strong rapport and make the lessons as relevant and interesting as possible. In my spare time, I love writing and have published a book on Amazon. Life is all about learning and growth and I am an avid reader of self-development books. I have four children and a cat and love spending time with my family walking in the mountains of Spain or enjoying some downtime by the ocean. I am very much looking forward to walking a little part of your learning journey with you.
