I am a third year BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science Student focused on Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning. I completed a study abroad year at the University of Western Ontario to enhance my knowledge in the human body and exercise fields. During this time I completed my Level 2 Gym Instruction and Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualifications.
Previously I have helped several people lose body fat and gain weight, improve athletic and strength performance as well as written customised training plans for a variety of people ranging from middle aged women looking to lose weight to Under 19 national volleyball players.
