As someone who has learnt a new language more than once, I look to prioritise communication, making sure my pupils understand everything. I structure my classes so that they teach whilst not overwhelming the students.
I have experience following a standard curriculum and adapting my lessons based on it or simply looking at what someone who want to improve their level of language may need.
