I conceive learning as a dynamic process of exchanging theory and practice to understand the concepts through application in actual cases. At the same time, real-life problems allow for a developing approach. As a teacher, I'm dynamic and innovative. I get the best out of my students, identifying their strengths, motivating them to improve their skills, and giving their best in their academic activities. As a teacher, I'm proud to inspire my students.
My relationship with my students results from my work with them based on respect, ethics, and motivation. I apply different teaching methods in each class, such as interactive lectures, directed discussion, direct instruction, guided instruction, and just-in-time teaching.
I teach this way because I believe in the student's potential and their need to be challenged, and I feel someone believes in them. As a student, it was what I wanted. My goal as a teacher is to share knowledge and experience, and the teacher is for students to apply what they have learned in class in real life. Based on my teachings, I am happy when they overcome themselves and are successful. With the students, my goal is for them to solve real-life problems by applying theory and experience. My way of teaching shows my beliefs and educational purposes.
I want the students to learn to solve problems based on theory according to modern life. The students could apply their knowledge differently and look for novel solutions. It constitutes evidence for me of their learning.
