I love language, learning, and confronting tricky challenges

I have three years’ experience of teaching English to Italians - from six year olds to sixty-somethings, and at all levels from beginner to proficiency. I use the same principles of speaking in the language taught throughout lessons, in which students speak their new language from the very beginning - as we do our mother-tongue as children. It’s always to communicate - and it works!
