For the last five years, I’ve led both one-on-one and group sessions, and I enjoy sharing what I know. I usually teach using a "demonstrate and repeat" method. I show something on the screen, and the learner either follows along with me or tries it afterward using notes I provide. I break the session into parts to make sure we cover everything planned.
