I will begin by finding an article of something either relevant, interesting or fun (or all three!) to discuss at the beginning, going over interesting vocabulary or constructions. I will use these to structure the focus of the lesson, using PowerPoint but mainly coversation-oriented. I have access to a lot of exercises and material which I will use for consolidation work, I will also set optional writing tasks that I can mark and the student can come to me the following session with any queries or doubts! Importantly, I can compose playlists and give recommendations for different ways to immerse the student in the language and inspire them to love it.
