I enjoy encouraging individuals to be their best by helping them own their journey and understand how they can work. The process is founded on developing appropriate audio, visual, and kinesthetic learning and introducing personal analysis and methodologies that lead to individuals reaching their potential. While working together, various tools that can be applied to help achieve goals more efficiently will be introduced. Once acquired, these tools will provide a lifelong resource for approaching new experiences effectively and the ability to address short and long-term challenges systematically, thus empowering an individual with the confidence to take effective and positive action when needed.
When working one-on-one, I like getting to know learners’ knowledge acquisition styles, strengths, and challenges to offer individually tailored learning. Online sessions involve interactive documents, downloadable templates, and videos. If wished, problems can be flagged up, or work can be submitted a few days before the meeting to allow us to address immediate issues effectively. Otherwise, at the end of each meeting, the content of the following meeting will be agreed. There will also be activities set in between sessions to help consolidate subjects and activities that have been covered and provide the opportunity to reflect on any issues that may require further work or alternative approaches.
We will develop practical time management and organization strategies, addressing subject-specific problem-solving and resolving issues. I encourage discussion, exploration, and experimentation to allow individuals to progress in coping with challenges effectively and positively.
