Unfortunately this is a negative review of a session provided by Habiba Al Khatib who posted ads on this website.

Though Habiba posted on her ad that she helps with GCSE level students, she privately messaged me that she can also help third year law students on university level. She also messaged me that she was sick in the first few weeks of exams and that’s why she believes she did not get firsts in the private law subjects which nevertheless she's very comfortable tutoring on.

I then paid 55 pounds to have a session with her covering some topics that she claimed she has studied before.

But this proved to be a disastrous experience. She came to the session late and switched to another platform from the original platform where I made the payment on. Without any apologies, she started taking time to unnecessarily type a list of topics that could be copied pasted in just two seconds and spending an enormous amount of time giving me definitions and simple concepts that I already knew.

I then kindly stopped her by suggesting another way of doing the rest of the session - she then boasted that she has a first class degree from Oxford and she does not need me to tell her how to conduct this session in order to customise my needs.

However, Habiba is the one who complained there are a lot of cases and I simply told her it is unnecessary to give all the details of the cases and one sentence is enough. She started being irritated, angry and throwing me attitudes. Through the conversation Habiba kept speaking over me and abruptly started raising her voice at me.

Prior to the session, it has been agreed multiple times that she studied all the topics listed but after the payment and when the session was half way through, she started telling me there were topics she did not study.

Finally she stopped the session at 2pm though she started 10 to 15 minutes later than the agreed starting time. Upon finishing the session, Habiba concluded she does not like going through questions in the session so she could not tutor me. It does make sense because Habiba was extremely slow and became very disorganized from time to time when solving law questions during the session by injecting other random questions and I understand this may be intelle
