My approach to career coaching is practical, supportive and creative. Sessions are a collaborative, reflective and validating process. I employ a structured approach to career conversations. Original research from my Masters dissertation into the experiences of a recent group of graduate trainees recruitment experience further informs my practice. I can also put on my recruitment ‘hat’, be more directive and hold you to account if you wish. This approach involves offering practical advice about how to approach your job search, prepare your CV, enhance ‘personal branding’ and support you with interview techniques.
