I have the ability to form a very good rapport with my student. I can adapt to individuals weakness and high points . I observed high respect and confidentiality of individual . Being a tutor , I am a good listener and communicate well.I have the ability to remain patient, calm and respectful . I plan and prioritise together with my student his/ her goals . I am very empathetic and have good understanding that each individual have their own phase in learning . I am a Chemotherapy Senior Charge Nurse by profession and part of my job is mentoring new staff in the unit. I’ve been registered nurse for almost 30 years and been in this country for 22 plus years . I have been in Middle East ( Saudi and Oman) as well and mentored the local student nurses / staffs there. Part of my duties and redponsibilities as well in my job is to do Pre chemo counselling where we do education for our patients and their carer . I have completed a course in mentorship and management . If given a chance to work . I can teach either F2F ( as long as the place is close to mine ) or Online .
