I would describe myself as an individual that is looking to share my experiences and teaching techniques to preferably 10-12 yo.

I will firstly identify the strengths and weaknesses of my students before coming up with activities/questions to work on these gaps. I also value the importance of giving recognition as it can be a form of motivation for some students as well. During the start of every lesson, I like to do recaps of what I have taught/they have learnt from the previous lesson to see if they have understood what was going on that week
