I am a teaching assistant at Aim North London and progressing towards obtaining my PGCE with Teach First starting in September.

I use different teaching methods to deliver my lessons to students working online is different to in person. In an in person lesson i may use white boards to engage students with their work and with online lessons I implement a structure where students share their screens when answering a question. If such facility isn’t available i will recommend using a piece of paper and holding it up at the camera
