Personalised, tailored support in private lessons/small groups to create a comfortable learning space for my students

I will achieve this by allocating time to get to know my students' strengths, challenges and preferred learning styles. By doing this, I am able to carefully identify my student's specific needs and personalise a learning plan that will best help them to gain confidence in their work and exponentially improve their knowledge.
