Native English speaker, incredibly interested in teaching others.

Recently, I began a relationship with someone who has a different first language to mine. This has caused my interest in languages to peak, as I have been both learning their language and teaching them my own. I feel this aspect of my life will allow be to be a good tutor as I can relate to the feeling of learning a new language – the frustration, the difficulties and the satisfaction. My experience with my partner also provides me an insight into what it might look like to teach someone English, however in a more professional environment.
