I'll teach by fostering hard work, showing consideration for individual needs, and implementing varied repetitive methods to ensure students retain information effectively with care and consideration, any learning difficulties any of the children may have I shall endeavour to find methods to work around and ensure the child/children are receiving no less than 100% of my effort
