In my experience as a teacher I built a good relationship with my students and I was able to understand how each person could read and understand , I am a good listener and a supportive person regardless of the situation, my aim and objective isn’t just to teach but to make sure it is well understood, tests will be conducted on regular basis to test the knowledge of my students, occasional questions regarding what’s been taught, asking questions on what you might understand about the certain topic even before teaching it to the class, asking for students opinions helps in carrying them along in my class
