I am energetic and friendly and always bring my A game when working

I will teach in a comfortable yet disciplined way so I will offer a point system which will lead to prizes etc. Or offer a deduction system that would be detention. I will also aim to encourage the pupils to talk and make sure to teach them beyond my abilities give them notebooks but make it fun give them homework but with fun twists to make it more engaging and to ensure they do it on time.
