I'm Polish so the best idea would be to find Polish students who are afraid to speak English.

I don't have any experience as a teacher or tutor, I also haven't finished any courses etc. However I can speak English very well, last time I checked my level on knowledge I was on C1/2 level. I like to talk and I know that many people has the knowledge but are afraid to speak foreign language. That's why my aim is to let the people talk and forget about any shyness and just enjoy the language.
