I am a CELTA qualified Teacher of English I deem myself to be a very patient person and helper particularly in acknowledgement that a person must be given the time to find the right answer. I am a very confident person and like to express confidence to others within the team so that they can express themselves freely. Good Communication is a key factor for me alongside a solid dedication to individuals to help bring the best out in them. Finally during my time as an ESL communicator I have found that organisation and preparation is paramount.
