Advert description
In my part-time teaching role, my approach to instruction will be firmly grounded in engagement, practicality, and adaptability, drawing upon specific experiences from my profile to provide students with valuable insights and real-world application.
Engagement: To foster an engaging learning environment, I will leverage my experiences from my internships, such as Solar Industries India Ltd and Amadeus Labs. For instance, at Solar Industries India Ltd, where I interned in web development, I learned the importance of engaging students through hands-on coding exercises. I will incorporate similar interactive elements into my lessons, allowing students to apply their knowledge to solve practical challenges, just as I did when working on web development projects using Django and Flask.
Practicality: My professional experiences, especially during my internship at Amadeus Labs, have reinforced the significance of practical learning. During this internship, I delved into technologies like Kubernetes, asynchronous messaging systems, and languages like C++ and Java. I will share these practical examples with my students, creating lesson plans that bridge theoretical concepts with real-world applications, mirroring the approach I used when working on complex projects at Amadeus Labs.
Adaptability: Recognizing that every student has unique needs, I will draw from my academic journey to tailor my teaching to different learning styles. My academic experiences, including my current Master's program at the University of Nottingham, have underscored the importance of adaptability. I have adapted to diverse learning environments, which has enhanced my ability to provide individualized support and address the specific needs of each student. This adaptability, honed in my academic journey, will be a cornerstone of my teaching strategy.
By integrating these principles, informed by my internships and academic pursuits, I aim to create an engaging, practical, and adaptable learning experience that equips students with not only the theoretical knowledge but also the real-world skills they need to succeed in computer science and artificial intelligence.
