Advert description
My analytical mindset as an economics and finance undergraduate student allows me to approach problems with a strategic perspective, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions. I am highly skilled in financial modelling, economic theory, and statistical analysis, which help me understand market trends and evaluate financial risks. I have demonstrated these skills through many university-level speaking presentations as part of my undergraduate degree.
My lessons are aimed at students and professionals who wish to enhance their understanding of English, whether they are preparing for academic success or looking to apply these skills to the workforce.
Prioritising conversational skills is the basis of lessons encouraging learners to speak as much as possible, even with limited vocabulary. Real-life scenarios and role-plays help students build confidence in using English in practical situations. As a young tutor, I am also able to communicate more informally and often transition to a less traditional teaching method. This often encourages conversation over less strict adherence to grammar rules in the early stages, which creates a more relaxed learning environment for foreign learners or young students. My diverse and inclusive background makes learners from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds feel more accepted and understood. This fosters a positive environment where foreign learners feel safe to make mistakes and learn at their own pace.
