I am optimistic and understanding, and I believe that everyone can learn if they are given the right tools and support. My lessons are aimed to students preparing for A-Levels and GCSEs

Advert description
My lessons are tailored to the specific needs of each student. I start by meeting with the student to learn about their learning style and preferences. Then, I create a personalised learning plan that is designed to help them reach their goals. I am always prepared for my lessons and I am open to feedback to improve my teaching.

For example: If a student is struggling with a particular concept, I would provide them with additional support, such as extra practice problems or one-on-one tutoring.
If a student is a visual learner, I would use more visual aids in my lessons, such as diagrams, charts, and graphs.
I would also be flexible with my teaching style and adapt it to the needs of the individual student.

I am also always open to feedback from my students. I want to know what they are learning and how I can improve my teaching. I am committed to providing my students with the best possible learning experience.

I have mentored secondary school students in their Industrial Cadets Research Project, where I provided them with guidance and support, and I helped them to identify and overcome challenges within their project. The students were successful in completing their project, and they were awarded the Industrial Cadets Bronze Award and were also nominated for "Best Teamwork"

In my previous role at GSK, I participated in the GSK Mentoring Scheme, where I was responsible for training a new validation placement student. I provided the student with guidance and support, and I helped them to learn the ropes of the job. The student had a successful in start of their placement.
