Native German speaker and experienced teacher offers German at all levels

My professional experience as a German native speaker span years of language teaching and translation in higher and further education. I have also taught K-Stage 3 during my time as a language assistant at Loughborough Grammar School. Additionally I taught GCSE and A-level German as part of my teacher training. Underpinning each of my roles is a focus on innovative and flexible teaching methods tailored to the specific needs and requirements of my students, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
My experiences include designing, convening and delivery of German language at all levels including ab initio, translation and interpreting modules
-designing teaching materials for modules and independent learning
-evaluation and moderation of course assignments, exams
I hold a MA in German and English literature, a PGCE in Modern Languages (German) and a MA in creative writing.
Building strong relationships with people and a drive to achieve a positive impact in all that I do have always been at the heart of my professional life. Now, I am excited to look for new opportunities to use my skills as a German tutor at all levels.
