Michelin star & fine dining food private in home cookery training

I have 17 years experience in delivering Michelin star grade food & dishes from a range of fine dining establishments across the UK. I am the founder and owner of The National College Of Hospitality and Director of Culinary Education for Unichef

When it comes to cooking, I will teach you within your current capabilities and comfort zone so there is no need to be nervous or feel inexperienced around me.
I also offer dietary courses including gluten free, vegan and diabetic cooking techniques so there is no limit to what you could learn.

Sessions are priced from £30.00 inclusive of food which will be provided. These last 1 to 3 hours and you will always know what it is we are preparing/cooking in advanced so you can do your research.

New Learner notes:
- No previous cooking experience/qualifications is needed.
- Fluent in English speaking & listening recommended but not essential.
- Basic math & writing skills recommended
