I give tutor lessons to explain to young teenagers in their own way, being young gives me an advantage in that sense.

Explaining an overview of what activities we would be doing that class is mandatory, focusing closely on the kids reactions to each specific topic/ activity. Before proceeding with each topic stop and explain in extreme detail & a way i can tell they will understand me. Throughout the session I can then, make sure the kids have reached their full potential for that class period.
