My career began with me delivering results-based personal training
packages, before testing myself in professional sport (Notts County FC) in
which I prepared the squad for three seasons.

Next I gained experience mentoring and upskilling newly qualified
trainers during my time as Master Trainer at Virgin Active and continue to
conduct private internships when the opportunity arises.

In more recent times I have run my own facility as well branching into
online coaching and witnessing the benefit of its scalability and greater
reach.

Self-assured and still extremely passionate, I am ready to pass on the
knowledge I have amassed over the last 20 years.
